Due to the current health situation, regarding Covid-19, The committee have decided to halt the current meetings at Haywood Community Centre until further notice.

If you want to contact the club, please do so via the contact page and the secretary will respond. Members can keep in touch through the South Notts ARC Facebook Page.

Welcome to the South Notts Amateur Radio Club Web Site. We are a vibrant and fun club aiming to further the interest of its members in all aspects of amateur radio and associated activities. The club operates HF and VHF stations on special event weekends and on club nights. We also run construction projects, lectures and discussion evenings. Training at foundation, intermediate and full license levels is available to club members.

Please feel free to visit on club nights where a warm welcome awaits you.

Where we are

In May 2018 South Notts ARC moved from their long time home at Green’s Mill in Sneinton, to Mapperly Plains Social Club, Nottingham. We've now moved on to the Haywood Rd. Community Centre, where we normally meet on a Monday night.

During the current health crisis the club is holding a net-on-air, All are welcome to join us on 145.400MHz from 7pm(local). We discuss all topics and hold a quiz on air
